I am a "baby lawyer," admitted to practice for less than a month. I joined a solo practitioner as his first associate in August. I finished this book in just a few hours and I am blown away. Awesome guide for small firm owners. I got it yesterday and was going to be my weekend reading but could not wait. Efficiency and profitability tips. Unlike other business guides that say alot of nothing this book is just straightforward, practical and easy to follow and implement. It reads easy. Helpful to those considering starting a solo law practice but I also find it extremely helpful to improve my existing firm. Excited to make changes and see results. I truly believe that even just business owners could benefit from reading this book.
