Some interesting recipes. Some not so much. Saw several mistakes. One chicken recipe stated to cook the pork chops for such amount of time... so on and so forth.
The recipes of the dishes are balanced and suitable for a healthy diet. This is a very useful and informative cookbook. Providing some learning recipes. I love it. Highly recommended the book. Thanks author for crating us a new book for all of us! I would highly recommended this book everyone.
First recipe I looked for was on page 127 for wings, but was for drumsticks. Another wings recipe said to cook for 5 minutes, do something else (I don't remember what), then cook for another 5 minutes. That can't be right unless one wants raw chicken. There are no pictures whatsoever. Titles of recipes (e.g., "spicy chicken") often do not say what the recipe is for, e.g., wings, drumsticks, breasts, etc. , until you look at the ingredients list, which might list the main ingredient toward the end of the list instead of at the top.
There is no pictures and it is written on cheap paper. Most the receipts are useless and nobody make these. The book that came with my air fryer is 10 times better and it was free. I was highly disappointed You can find better online for free.
